Parkland, Florida – [September 4, 2026] – Make Our Schools Safe (MOSS) and R2P Innovations are proud to announce a new partnership focused on protecting students and educators in the classroom.
The partnership brings together MOSS’s school safety expertise and R2P’s bulletproof technology to create a more comprehensive approach to protecting classrooms. R2P Innovations designs and manufactures ultra-lightweight, UL 752 Level 8, fire-rated bulletproof classroom doors that give schools a critical layer of physical protection when seconds matter most.

Alyssa’s Law focuses on getting help to schools faster, but students and teachers also need protection in the moments before help arrives. Make Our Schools Safe was founded by Lori and Ilan Alhadeff after their daughter, Alyssa, was killed in the 2018 tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Since then, MOSS has become a national voice in school safety, working to pass Alyssa’s Law, advance Alyssa’s Act at the federal level, support student-led MOSS Clubs, and invest in school safety initiatives that help protect students and educators.
